What Samebell is

An app to share reminders with the people you invite. Each schedule's reminders ring on every member's phone, and when someone marks one done, the others hear about it.

Reminders are a help, not a guarantee

Reminders ring on each phone and depend on its settings, battery, connection, permissions and operating system. A reminder can arrive late or not at all. Samebell isn't a medical device and doesn't replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or vet. Don't rely on Samebell alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Your account

Schedules and the people in them

You decide who you invite. Everyone in a schedule sees its reminders, its members' names and who marked what. The owner and editors can change the reminders; the owner can remove people. You're responsible for what you add, and for only adding information about others that you're allowed to share.

Fair use

Don't use Samebell to harass anyone, send spam, break the law, or try to access other people's data or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your content

What you write in Samebell stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people in the schedule, only to run the app. We never read it to improve the app and never sell it; to improve Samebell we only look at how the app is used. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Price

Samebell is free to use today. In the future it may show ads, and paid features may arrive, for example to remove the ads. Anything paid will be optional and described before you pay anything.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me > Delete my account). Schedules you share stay with the others and the next person becomes the owner; schedules only you are in are deleted.

Liability

Samebell is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for the consequences of a reminder that didn't ring. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app. Spanish law applies; if you're a consumer you can also use the courts where you live.
